Department of Veteran's Affairs (DVA)

Hearing assessments as part of DVA requirements. Reports are prepared to DVA documentation standards.

Work cover Queensland

Hearing assessments for noise-induced hearing loss claims, including baseline and monitoring audiograms. Reports are prepared to Work cover documentation standards.

Pre-employment and fitness to work

Hearing assessment for pre-employment medicals and ongoing occupational health monitoring, as required under the Work and Safety Act (Qld).

Regular occupational noise monitoring

Annual or periodic audiometric surveillance for workers exposed to noise levels at or above 85 dBA, in accordance with Queensland Work Health and Safety requirements 

Driver's license requirements

Hearing assessments required as part of commercial or heavy vehicle driver's license medicals.

Other work-related assessments

We accommodate any employer or insurer-requested hearing assessments. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Fees

DVA funded assessments are billed directly to DVA. Work cover assessments are arranged through your approved claim. Other occupational assessments may be invoiced to your employer or you directly - please clarify before your appointment.
