Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
No, you do not need a referral to make an appointment.
- However, with a medical referral, children are bulk billed and there is a gap fee for adults.
- Without a medical referral, full fee applies
- With work related referrals (DVA, work cover) fee will be charged to referral agency
How long does the appointment take?
The appoinment takes about 45 to 60 minutes to complete depending on the age of the patient

There is no waitlist. We do offer timely appointments
How do you remove ear wax?
We remove ear wax using latest technique of microsuction. This does not cause any discomfort during wax removal
Do you sell hearing aids?
No, we do not sell hearing aids. We are a diagnostic audiology clinic specialised in hearing assessments
How old should the child be for a hearing test?
We take referrals for children 3 years and older as we can perform full range of tests.
If children are younger than 3 years, we can perform various objective tests. However, we will not be able to perform behaivioral hearing test
